Good read. I prefer snacking on fresh fruit and vegetables during work to keep my energy up though. Peanut butter and celery is a great snack! Have you tried snacking on healthier items to see if it has worked for you?

It HAS been proven that Vitamin C even cures cancer, however. A friend of mine, when a medical student in the 80's did a study and it was so revolutionary that the medical community would NOT publish the findings. They isolated cancer cells and killed them with Vitamin C and just NOW this is coming to light. But trust me, I know what you mean about anti-aging - I have tried a lot of it in my life - none is permanent, none really makes you look any better. Just stay out of the sun except for 15 minutes a day, eat healthy, exercise, laugh, love and smile. I love your post. Especially the paragraph about gratitude. Thank you so much. www.kazakers.com
