Most of sufficient time I neglect it. When individuals are particularly terrible I remove the opinion and prevent them. I pay what the market wants. I outsource to India because it’s cheap. I outsource to get cheap, quality, code. If you can’t provide me with that in a timely manner, I’ll move on to the next country.

If I’m going to spend a lot of money, I’ll get the best. If he’s from MIT good. If he’s from India I’ll get him a green card.
