That is not how he big banks are making most of their money today. Now banks, on top of all the other BS, are leaning the government money that heyvhave printed and the government pays the banks interest. This is due to banks lobbying congress if course. It is an incredible scam.

Loved he article btw. I feel I put myself out here. The real me. And I can coult on two fingers all of he oher people that I know hat do the same. Too are one. I appreciate it.

Hair regrowth products, or any sort of vanity maintenance products for that matter, such as make-up, but I’m bald and not the Joker, so I only have experience with the former. I spent thousands trying to hang on to my rapidly receeding hairline. My body then opened up a second theater of war in the form of a Friar’s patch, ultimately resulting in the signing of the Gilette Fusion Peace Accords. Yep, thousands of dollars over 5 years could have been saved if I had just bought a razor in the first place. Gentlemen, heed my words so you don’t make the same mistake I did, and tune out every chucklefuck that tells you to try Rogaine or any form of “hair re-growth therapy.”

Traffic lights, at least in DC. They could easily be timed/sensor-changed so that on the main roads you could go through a green streak. Instead, you need to stop at every light on the main roads do that you’d spend more and more gas.

Auto mechanics, hook up to a computer, reset the warnings, do nothing else and charge $2500.

Taxes. Especially in DC. Pay a buttload of hard earned cash for basically no services in return.

Actually, what I find most a scam is the pricing of cell phone service. First you can’t get a plan exactly tailored to your needs, and second, you pay a huge per-minute rate whenever you go over the plan limit. Cell phone service is one of the few commodities where the more you buy the higher the rate. I would like a cell phone contract where I get charged only for what I use and at a declining unit price to encourage usage.

Cable Television Packages are a SCAM! Cable in general is a scam. Let me buy the channels and content I want from Netflix, or something else. I watch 10 channels at most in my household, unfortunately to get those channels I have to have the top tier package.

Aren’t detergents and shaving creams kind of a scam? You can make both on your own. For shaving cream you can use regular soap and even conditioner.

Perfume industry and eye wear industries are one of the biggest scams out there.

Richard, what you describe about your cell phone sales is commonly called Customer Service, and is not the behavior of a Middleman. A Middleman, by definition, is extracting value out of a transaction, to your detriment and his benefit. :)
