Today, light bulbs went off in my head. I have been working in the computer industry for the past decade and spend about 14 hours a day staring at it (includes leisure). I have fidgety hands, each hand checks one device. Infact i've become so addicted to by devices that i'm turning ambidextrous. Not good. The dopamine fact throws me away; for i've been wondering why i'm so hooked on to work and i don't even like my job.
I wish i had read this years ago, my life and brain would have dealt with less stress.
