Ep. 165 – Dr. Ron Paul: How Voting for Yourself Creates Wealth and Freedom

ron paul

“You’re scaring me now,” I said.

“Don’t scare me.”

I was laughing. But I meant it.

The news, the doom and gloom, the fear, it makes fresh air turn to vomit.

Chunky streams of acid.

I bet Ron Paul has thin stomach lining.

We were talking about freedom. And if there’s any left.

I usually ignore all the doom and gloom. That’s what works for me. So we talked about opportunities, hope, trends, the innovation economy.

And freedom.

“I don’t even like politics. I did it only because I could get a voice out there telling people what was going on, what you need to do, and what the substitute has to be. Believe me, we’re going to have a chance,” Ron Paul says on today’s podcast.

Did you hear that?

“We’re going to have a chance…”

I like that.

If you pay attention, you’ll see the future is already here.

What does that mean for you?

I don’t know. Maybe you’ll go to space or make millions investing in robotics.

You have thousands of new opportunities to create your own wealth and freedom.

And you can start right now.

I’ll tell you how in today’s podcast. This is rare. But you’ll hear about my plan to profit in this innovation economy.

I don’t want to choke on my own vomit. I’m choosing myself.

I’m voting for me and investing in my future.

Who will you vote for?

Dr Paul is the real thing. It’s incredible that this guy ever went into politics. By the way, how in hell did you get him to come on? Ok I know: you just called, right?

  • Paul Chiaraviglio

No way you can keep up with all this stuff. James, do you ever sleep? No doubt Dr Paul is right. It’s a massive distortion. The moral hazard leads to the most nauseous system…the thing is politicians have won the cultural battle…they have used the christian (no offense James) value: “be your brother’s keeper”. It sounds “good”…but it does not work. The moral hazard makes it all fall apart. The idea that Big brother will take care of the disenfranchised, NO!!: “you give me your money, I’ll spread around the wealth, Ill take care of the poor.” You See? That is the moral hazard. Government is the intermediary, the 5% guy. At best they would keep a kick-back…worst case they actually pass laws that make transactions more expensive and distorted to the point that the tail wags the dog!

Great discussion, yes, the government is corrupt and the current model is unworkable. We are also in the midst of a massive change in how we do business, how we create wealth and a paradigm shift to robotics, small businesses, and away from retailing in big box. How we earn, spend and deliver goods is changing rapidly. Love the shift to entrepreneurship!
